Who I am
I help teams get results
Change is part of every business journey. Sometimes it’s planned. Sometimes it’s urgent. Often, it’s a bit of both. As a facilitator I am your guide through the mess of what a meeting is, help you improve your product, or run you through inventing a new line up.
Adding AI for example is not just adding a chatbot. It is cultural change, up-skilling and finding the right use case for AI. Result-focussed workshops is what I do. That's the only thing that counts. Not what I wear, or how many stickies I bring or what a great ice breaker I came up with.
Mindset
I have worked in high paced, full throttle agencies since 1998. First in Cologne, then in London and then back in my hometown of Wuppertal. The common denominator has always been "Getting things done ASAP" Through the years though I learned that brute forcing challenges is not always the best idea.
I started designing and running workshops early on and have since refined this skill. My workshops have always been goal driven, towards finding a solution. Not always by unanimous consent but by getting the commitment from everyone, even if they disagree.
