AI Design Sprint: Not Image Generators, but Business Tools
The AI Design Sprint helps develop and test real AI business cases.

An AI Design Sprint isn't an image generator workshop. No Ghibli-style pictures, no action figures, no Kling.AI videos. None of that upgrades your machinery.
The AI Design Sprint is a structured process made up of four workshops. It takes your team from a vague "We need AI" to a working AI prototype, in 3-4 weeks instead of 18 months of project planning.
- Opportunity Mapping: This isn't about "Where do we use AI?" It's about "What problems do we actually have?" Your C-level team identifies real pain points and learns what AI can actually do. We start with twelve problems and prioritise three.
- Framing Session: Analyse the most important pain point in detail. Not the biggest one, the most solvable one. A concrete process at department level, with measurable problems that need measurable improvement.
- AI Concept Development: The team develops the AI solution itself. What's the input, what's the output, what data sources do we need? This is where a feasibility study with a go/no-go decision takes shape.
- Prototyping: IT check, first prototype with real data, validated assumptions. Not a glossy demo, but a working AI prototype that proves whether the idea holds up.
The result: after the sprint, teams can run this methodology again and again to develop new use cases.
