AI Facilitation Training – Agenda
Rather than analysing individual processes in isolation, this two-day workshop format shows your organisation how to independently analyse and prioritise workflows, and enhance them with AI where appropriate. In this workshop, we train the AI champions for your organisation. They will then be able to tackle as many use cases as required and act as points of contact for all staff.
Day one is dedicated to imparting fundamental knowledge: how do you arrive at a result, and how does collaborative development take place quickly and efficiently? Participants are involved from the very start and, through exercises, learn how the company can quickly identify use cases and put them into practice. Why do some meetings go well and others don't – and how can this be managed? We then go through a workshop format together and see how these fundamentals are applied. Day two is all about self-directed learning: learning by doing.

Healthy catering
We provide healthy snacks and a nutritious lunch for every full day of training. Coffee and tea are also available throughout the training.
Presentation & Miro Board
The training content is delivered via a presentation, supplemented by a Miro Board containing all the templates, exercises and outcomes from the workshop. This allows you to apply the methodology independently to other processes straight away.
External venue
We organise the venue and logistics. Either you come to us in Wuppertal, or we'll find a suitable venue near you. A change of scenery is important – it helps foster the shift in mindset that this training is designed to bring about.
